Utica Kicker Named Empire 8

One On One Kicking Trainee Thomas Woodburn of the Utica College football team was named to the D3football.com National Team of the Week on Tuesday. He was also named the Empire 8 Conference Special Teams Player of the Week for the first time in his young career on Monday.
