“Pro Bowl punter, Johnny Hekker, has his own weekly television show in St. Louis where he accepts challenges and performs unusual tasks. After negotiations with the Navy Public Affairs office, his punting trainer, Mike McCabe of One On One Kicking, ‘dared’ Johnny to fly with the Blue Angels. He obliged and said that “this will be the toughest challenge to-date and I look forward to this once-in-a-lifetime experience.”

Training Session With Caleb Sturgis and Cairo Santos

This past weekend One On One Kicking Coach Dan Lundy had the opportunity to work with Miami Dolphins Kicker Caleb Sturgis and future NFL Kicker and 2012 Lou Groza Award Winner Cairo Santos (Tulane). Caleb and Cairo have been working with One On One Kicking since they were sophomores in high school. Caleb Sturgis is preparing for his second year in the NFL, while Cairo Santos prepares for the 2014 NFL Combine. Below are some pictures from their training session with Coach Lundy.
